I work in production and technical support roles on projects. In 2022-2024, I have worked as a lighting designer, tour manager, production manager, stage manager and technical director for live performances.

Perceptions: Inertia

Collaborator and Technical Manager

Created as part of Guildhall MA Collaborative Theatre Production and Design program with Tom Boase, Maisie Chan, Gwendoline Chen, Emma Gabola, Sue In Kang, Jordan Lewis, Ava Merrell and Anne Wentworth.

Created in residency at Les Joncailles’ Centre de Creation in Alles-sur-Dordogne, France, Perceptions explores a near future through three short pieces, performed by circus performers and graduates of London’s National Centre for Circus Arts and Sweden’s DOCH School of Dance and Circus. Inertia borrows from retro video games, factory assembly lines and industrial soundscapes to explore the future of work, featuring Kipat Kahumbu and Joe Garcia.

Note: The creation and production process for Perceptions was cut short due to COVID-19.

Featuring SPRING: Zhou Xuan, SUMMER: Wu You, AUTUMN: Shang Xiao-Yi, WINTER: Xu Shi-Xin.

An abstract piece of movement theatre inspired by the work of George Frederic Watts. Guided by four dancers representing the seasons, audiences were encouraged to experience a journey through time in a dynamic and evolving space.

For Skeleton Key Theatre.

Workshop and public presentation of a work in development, taking place on the shores of, and in, the Ottawa River. Families from the surrounding community formed a chorus for the presentation and actors provided live scoring.

Production Manager FORTIER 15X @ Night

For Canada Dance Festival 2017.

Silent solo dance piece performed 15 nights in a row in different locations each time in downtown Ottawa.
